RETURN POLICY
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, your order must meet all of the following conditions:

The order must include all original parts and components, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

The product must show only normal handling. Damage caused by improper or careless use is excluded from the return policy.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Any product defects must be reported immediately after receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If all return conditions are met, your return will be officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to start the return process:

3. Wait for Instructions
We will contact you and provide you with the correct return address. Do not send the product back to the sender. Please wait until we provide you with the appropriate return address.
4. Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to our central warehouse in Asia.
NEVER return your order to the sender. Always wait for the return address we provide.
A. CANCELLATION POLICY – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract in accordance with the following provisions, provided they are acting as individuals for purposes that are not primarily related to their trade, business, or profession.
Withdrawal Period
14 DAYS
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the last item of your order.
Because we operate a fully automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. For this reason, we cannot stop the shipping process once an order has been submitted. Refunds cannot be issued after delivery unless the products are returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us Julia Mérida by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal becomes effective once we receive the returned goods. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Orders in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer than usual and are beyond our control. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the products and then return them. You may notify us of your intention to cancel in advance.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please send us the shipping confirmation once you have returned the package.
